Introductory sessions require no technical background, while more advanced sessions go deeper for power users and technical teams. Sessions can be designed for a single department or a mixed group from across your organization, so everyone leaves with skills that fit the work they actually do.

Most sessions start with the foundations every team needs: what AI is and how it works, how to use it safely without putting company or client information at risk, and practical best practices like writing clear, effective prompts. These skills carry over to nearly any AI chatbot, so your team can apply them whether they’re using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or whatever comes next.

From there, we can build more focused sessions around the specific tools your organization uses, or around the use cases that matter most to your team, like drafting and editing, research and summarizing, or streamlining everyday workflows.

Our training focuses on helping people use AI effectively in their day-to-day work, so we don’t offer training on AI software development. If your organization wants custom AI tools or automations built, our AI & Automation services can handle that for you.

Session length depends on your goals and how deep your team wants to go. We’ve delivered focused one-hour professional development sessions for staff, as well as three-hour hands-on workshops for business leaders. Shorter sessions work well for introducing the fundamentals, and longer workshops leave room for hands-on practice using real examples from your team’s work. If it fits your schedule or goals better, we can also break training into a series of sessions.
