IMPACT Technology Group was founded in 2006 by Founder and CEO Justin Kelley. In the early years of IMPACT, Justin worked with local organizations, helping them leverage technology to transform their businesses. He harnessed the power of IT using his laser focus and commitment to developing strategic processes — what is now recognized as our award-winning stabilIT platform.
Justin’s commitment to delivering results through proven processes stems from his extensively tenured military background. He served in the United States Marine Corps and later in the US Coast Guard branch as an Officer on Sector Delaware Bay. Mr. Kelley’s military background helped shape IMPACT’s company culture that’s rooted in excellence and extreme ownership. His experience allowed him to develop the systematic processes that have become the fabric of stabilIT that currently drives unparalleled results for business across Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.
