You learn practical prompting frameworks and simple AI agent concepts, then design your “to‑be” workflow and MVP with human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints, error handling, and production readiness baked in.

You prepare your team for change with communication plans, user training, and AI champions. Then you launch your pilot, monitor performance with dashboards and calculators, track time saved and quality improvements, and turn results into an executive‑ready ROI and impact story.

Once your first win is working, you identify additional automations, connect them across departments, and manage data flows between systems. You formalize AI governance (policies, committee, ethical guardrails), build an AI project portfolio and knowledge base, and create a 6–12 month strategic AI roadmap and budget so AI becomes a managed, scalable capability.

Finally, you package your success into case studies and a strategic roadmap that stands on its own—while also having a clear option to partner with IMPACT as your Managed Intelligence Provider if you want deeper, ongoing support.
